Seafood Adobo


  • 1 King Crab (1/2 kilo)
  • Mussels (1/2 kilo)
  • Prawns, peeled (1/2 kilo)
  • ½ cup Garlic, grated
  • 1 cup Onion, minced
  • ½ cup Ginger, strips
  • Datu Puti Vinegar
  • Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Oil
  • Garlic flakes, to garnish
  • Chili flakes, to garnish
  • Onion leeks, to garnish
  1. Saute garlic in oil until it turns light brown then set aside.
  2. Saute onion, ginger and another batch of garlic.
  3. Add the king crab and mussels. Cover and let simmer for 1 to 3 minutes until the crab turns red. Then add the prawns.
  4. Add Datu Puti Vinegar and Datu Puti Soy Sauce to taste, then season with herbs and spices.
  5. Plate and garnish with garlic flakes, onion leeks and chili flakes.
