Pork Humba

Ingredients

  • 2 kg. Pork Belly
  • 3 cloves, Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Stem Leek
  • 1 can of Black Beans (small)
  • 1 can Pineapple (sliced)
  • Seasoning
  • Brown Sugar
  • Datu Puti Vinegar
  • Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • Cooking Oil
  1. Put in the cooking oil in a heated fan, fry the pork belly.
  2. Add all the ingredients in the pan with the fried pork belly.
  3. Simmer for about two hours or until pork is tender.
