Pork Adobo with Eggs



  • 1 kg. Pork, sliced in cubes
  • 6 pieces boiled eggs, shell removed
  • 10 tbsp. Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Datu Puti Vinegar
  • 1 ½ cup Water
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 8 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 4 pieces dried Bay Leaves
  • 2 tsp. Whole Peppercorn
  • 3 tbsp. Cooking Oil
  1. Coat the pork slices with 5 tablespoons of Datu Puti Soy Sauce and marinate for an hour.
  2. Pour in the cooking oil in a heated cooking pot, put the garlic whole peppercorn and the bay leaves. Cook until the garlic is golden brown.
  3. Add the pork and the marinade, cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour the remaining Datu Puti Soy Sauce, oyster sauce and water. Simmer.
  5. Pour the Datu Puti Vinegar and allow to boil.
  6. Put the boiled eggs and cook for another 5 minutes.
