Inadobong Bagoong Alamang

Ingredients

  • Cured Shrimp Fry (Alamang)
  • Cooking Oil
  • Garlic, minced
  • Chili
  • Sugar to taste
  • Datu Puti Vinegar
  • Datu Puti Fish Sauce
  1. Saute alamang in oil, onion and garlic.
  2. Add Datu Puti Vinegar and let simmer until liquid evaporates.
  3. Add Datu Puti Patis, sugar and chili, to taste.
  4. Let simmer for a few minutes, string occasionally.
  5. Serve with green mango, or with rice.
