Hawaiian Adobo



  • 2 lb. Lean Pork
  • 1 head Garlic, crushed
  • ΒΌ cup Datu Puti Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp. Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can Pineapple Tidbits, drained and reserve syrup
  1. Cook pork with garlic, Datu Puti vinegar, water and Datu Puti soy sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. When pork is tender, add pineapple syrup.
  3. Cook and simmer until mixture thickens.
  4. Add pineapple tidbits and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
