Grilled Pork Adobo



  • 2 lb. Pork Liempo (Pork Belly), trimmed
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ½ cup Datu Puti Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • Peppercorns
  • Water
  1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Use just enough water to cook the pork.
  2. Bring to a boil then simmer until the pork is tender and liquid has evaporated.
  3. Take out the pork but reserve the sauce to be set aside.
  4. Broil the pork liempo in the oven. Alternatively, it can be grilled over charcoal until brown.
  5. Serve with the remaining adobo sauce.
