Four Way Cooked Chicken Adobo in a Pouch



  • 1 kg. Chicken
  • 1 cup Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Datu Puti Vinegar
  • 1.5 Liter Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Cocomilk
  • Red Chili
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 1 head Garlic
  • ½ tsp. Pepper Corn
  • ½ tsp. Ginger
  • Salt and Sugar to taste
  • Bay Leaf
  • Seasoning
  • Lumpia Wrapper for the Pouch
  1. Boil the chicken, coco milk, ginger, salt, bay leaf and onion.
  2. Using cooking oil, saute garlic, onion, and chicken. Pour in Datu Puti Soy Sauce and Datu Puti Vinegar.
  3. Add seasoning, bring it to boil.
  4. Remove the chicken meat, (debone) and cook it again with coco milk.
  5. Wrap the chicken adobo in a pouch (lumpia wrapper).
  6. Deep fry. Serve with fried potato, banana, or steamed rice. Use Datu Puti Vinegar for dip.
