Creamy Adobo Flakes Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 kg. Spaghetti Noodles
  • 1 cup Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • ¾ cup Datu Puti Vinegar
  • 1 tsb. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 Bay Leaf
  • 2 tps. chopped Parsley
  • 1 kg. Pork Kasim
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ cup minced Garlic
  1. Combine pork kasim, garlic, Datu Puti Soy Sauce, Datu Puti Vinegar, bayleaf, black pepper and salt. Marinade for 30 mins.
  2. Cook and separate the adobo sauce.
  3. Shred the pork loin to little strips and then deep fry to achieved crispiness. Set aside.
  4. Boil the spaghetti noodles
  5. Toss the noodles to the adobo sauce and mix well. Add cream.
  6. Top the noodles with adobo flakes, parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
