For Adobo Marinade

  • 3 tbsp. Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Datu Puti Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce

For Honey Mustard

  • 3 tbsp. Honey
  • 4 tbsp. Mustard


  • 1 kg. Beef
  • 3 Eggs
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped Kiwi
  • Bay Leaf
  • Sugar to taste
  1. Cook ¾ of the ground beef until it turns brown and the water evaporates. Mix the cooked beef with the raw ground beef then separate in a bowl.
  2. In a pan, mix Datu Puti Soy Sauce, garlic, Datu Puti Vinegar, bay leaf, pepper, oyster sauce, sugar. Let simmer.
  3. Mix the Adobo sauce with the ground beef and shape into patties.
  4. Mix honey and mustard in a separate bowl.
  5. Assemble the burger. On the bun, put onions, the adobo patty, kiwi, honey mustard and sunny side up egg. Serve.
