Adobong Hipon



  • 2 lb. Shrimps/Prawns
  • Datu Puti Vinegar
  • Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • Peppercorns
  • Salt
  • Garlic, crushed
  • Oil
  1. Peel the shrimps but leave tails and heads intact.
  2. Immerse in Datu Puti vinegar, Datu Puti soy sauce, peppercorns, salt and garlic mixture.
  3. Heat oil, and when ready, add the shrimps along with the marinade.
  4. Stir-fry until shrimps are cooked.
