Adobong Bangus



  • 1 medium size Bangus (Milkfish), sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 cup Datu Puti Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • Oil
  1. Combine all ingredients except oil.
  2. Marinate bangus (milkfish for an hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Take out fish and set aside the marinade.
  4. In a pan, heat oil. Fry the fish until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  6. Saute garlic in hot oil. Add the marinade.
  7. Bring to a boil then return the fried bangus into the pan.
