Adobo Chicken (Slow Cooker)



  • 1 kg. Chicken cut in small pieces
  • 1 Sweet Onion (medium size, sliced)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • ½ cup Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Datu Puti Vinegar
  • Pepper to taste.
  1. Mix together the garlic, onion, pepper Datu Puti Soy Sauce and Datu Puti Vinegar in a small bowl.
  2. Place the chicken in a slow cooker and pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours.
