Adobo Ala Cabiao

Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef Strips
  • Cloves of Garlic
  • One medium Onion
  • ½ cup Datu Puti Vinegar
  • ½ cup Datu Puti Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Crack Peppercorn
  • 2 pcs. Bay Leaf
  1. Marinate the beef with Datu Puti vinegar, Datu Puti soy sauce, minced garlic, peppercorn, bay leaf & sugar (for approx. 4 hours).
  2. Simmer until reduce.
  3. Sweat the onion.
  4. Put the meat and simmers until beef is tender.
  5. Wrap the adobo into egg omelette style and serve.
